ST_VRS brings together a body of work that operates through the intersection of images, materials, and systems. Rather than producing isolated pieces, the exhibition constructs a field where visual languages coexist and collide, forming compositions that draw from mass media, symbolic references, and personal imagery.
At the core of the work is a process of accumulation and recombination. Elements are layered, translated, and reassembled across different formats, generating structures that resist a single reading. What initially appears as a cohesive image reveals itself as a network of fragments, where meaning is not fixed but continuously shifting.
The works move between physical and digital conditions. Material assemblies incorporate industrial processes alongside handcrafted techniques, while digital extensions introduce motion and variability. This interplay does not aim to simulate an alternative reality, but to expose how images are constructed and circulated within contemporary culture.
Rather than illustrating a narrative, ST_VRS builds environments where perception becomes unstable. The viewer navigates compositions that operate simultaneously as objects and as images, where references overlap without resolving into a unified system. In this space, fiction is not opposed to reality, but embedded within it.
ST_VRS does not propose an escape, but a reconfiguration. It situates the viewer within a dense visual field where recognition and uncertainty coexist, and where images function less as representations and more as active structures that shape how reality is experienced.
